Description
The training hooks are designed to relieve the hand while lifting the barbell, e.g. during deadlift. The use of hooks increases the safety of training, securing the trainee against leaving the barbell.
The hooks allow for more effective training of large muscle groups (e.g. the back and back muscles) by using higher loads and more repetitions. Hooks help to perform additional series of exercises, when our grip can no longer bear the load and slips out of our hand.
Hooks are made of strong hardened steel, thanks to which they withstand even very heavy loads. In addition, they are covered with a pleasant to the touch non-slip rubber, thanks to which the weight does not slip.
Fully adjustable Velcro fasteners allow for easy adjustment to the wrists and the lining sewn inside the straps prevents chafing and provides comfort during training even with heavy weights
