RUNNING WITH A LOAD

The skipping rope is equipped with a 270 cm long leather rope and ergonomic handles covered with non-slip foam to ensure high training comfort.

Additional steel weights are used in the handles of the skipping rope , thanks to which you can decide on your training load. You can remove the weights by unscrewing the plugs in the handles.
