The Striker P4 is a tool for training against shadows that is a key element in training stand-ups.

The construction of the device has been designed in such a way that it does not restrict movements or interfere with training, and at the same time causes resistance when giving boxing blows and kicks.
Comfort during training
The basic element of the set is a belt that fastens around the waist. 4 expanders (2 for hands and 2 for legs) are attached to the belt.
The expanders can also be connected with each other so that by fastening them to the belt, the set can be used as a speed resistor.
The belt is trimmed on the inside with a comfortable fabric that protects against abrasions.
The length of the belt can be freely adjusted to fit your figure.

Comfortable grips are designed so that they do not slide down under the influence of rubber resistance and do not limit the gripping possibilities, allowing additional load on the hand, e.g. by holding spindles in the hand (additional load used during endurance training).
The design of the handles allows you to put on gloves, thanks to which the device can also be successfully used during training on devices, e.g. a punching bag.
