The construction of the device has been designed in such a way that it does not restrict movements or interfere with training, and at the same time causes resistance during punches, increasing the effectiveness of training.

The basic element of the set are braces, thanks to which the resistance rubber does not fall off during training (fighting with the shadow or hitting the devices).
