Speed resistor + Training harness
Strength Harness is a device that combines the advantages of a speed resistor and a training harness.
The device consists of adjustable braces to which, depending on the type of training, you can attach either an expander or a strap
In the case of using an expander, the device acts as a speed resistor, and in the case of using a tape, as a training harness that allows to pull a load.
SPEED RESISTOR FUNCTION
The device consists of a rolled harness and a 2-meter expander (stretched length is about 4 meters).
The harness is fastened at the front with a comfortable and durable buckle with a locking system that prevents accidental unfastening
The flexible expander is finished on both sides with steel carabiners, so that the resistor can be attached (e.g. to the wall, ladders, etc.) for self-training. The expander is completely covered with a thick polyester material to protect it against abrasions.
TRAINING HARNESS FUNCTION
When replacing the expander with a non-stretchable strap, the device acts as a training harness, allowing resistance to movement by pulling objects or assisting a training partner.
The tape and stretchy expander can be used in conjunction with each other to increase range.
